APTA CSM 2026 Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES

By entering the Raintree APTA CSM 2026 Giveaway (the “Promotion”), you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Raintree Systems’ website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any other communications, these Official Rules shall govern.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Raintree APTA CSM 2026 Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is a limited-duration promotional giveaway offered by Raintree Systems, Inc. (“Sponsor”) in connection with product demonstrations that are booked prior to the start of the APTA Combined Sections Meeting 2026 conference (“APTA CSM 2026”) and completed in person on the APTA CSM 2026 show floor.

The Promotion opens on January 13, 2026, and ends at the close of the APTA CSM 2026 exhibition hall on February 14, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Only product demonstrations that are scheduled before the official start of APTA CSM 2026 (February 12, 2026) and completed on-site during the conference are eligible. Product demonstrations booked on or after the start of APTA CSM 2026 do not qualify for entry.

Eligible Entrants who satisfy all qualification requirements set forth in these Official Rules will receive one (1) entry into a Daily Raffle for the exhibition day on which the qualifying demonstration is completed. The number of prizes awarded per day is limited and determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

This Promotion is not a lottery. Winners are selected via random drawing from among eligible Daily Raffle entries, while prizes remain available.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of participation and prize fulfillment:

Are legal residents of the United States
Are eighteen (18) years of age or older
Are currently employed by a rehabilitation therapy provider organization, including but not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or multidisciplinary rehabilitation practices

Limit one (1) eligible Entrant per organization. If multiple individuals from the same organization book qualifying demos, eligibility shall be awarded solely to the individual who first booked the qualifying demo, as determined by Sponsor’s records in its sole discretion.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or receive a prize:

Employees, contractors, or agents of Sponsor
Employees of companies with an active partnership relationship with Sponsor
Employees of exhibiting vendors at APTA CSM 2026 (Exception: Individuals who are otherwise eligible under this Section 2 and are independently employed by a rehabilitation therapy provider organization shall remain eligible, notwithstanding their employer’s exhibitor status.)

Household members and immediate family members of ineligible individuals are also excluded.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, employment status, and organizational affiliation at any time and to disqualify any individual who fails to meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

To receive one (1) entry into a Daily Raffle, an eligible Entrant must:

Book a product demonstration with Sponsor prior to the start of APTA CSM 2026 (meetings booked during the conference do not qualify); and
Appear in person and complete the scheduled product demonstration on the APTA CSM 2026 show floor during the conference

Failure to satisfy both requirements will result in disqualification and no raffle entry.

Eligible Entrants who complete a qualifying demo will be entered into the Daily Raffle for the day on which the demo is completed. Entries do not carry over to subsequent days.

4. WINNER SELECTION: One or more winners will be selected each exhibition day of APTA CSM 2026 from among all eligible entries received for that day. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative at a time determined by Sponsor.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Daily Raffle and the number of prizes available that day.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including winner selection, are final and binding.

5. PRIZE DETAILS:

Prize: Meta Quest 3S (128GB)
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $245.00 USD
Limit one (1) prize per person and per organization for the entire Promotion Period.

No cash alternative, transfer, substitution, or assignment of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Quantity is limited; prizes available while supplies last.

The ARV represents Sponsor’s good-faith determination and is final and binding. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded.

All prizes are awarded “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, functionality, compatibility, or performance of the prize. Any manufacturer warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer.

Prize recipients are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt or use, as well as compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Sponsor will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged prizes.

5A. CLAIMING PRIZE: Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of qualifying demo completion. To receive the prize, the selected winner must appear in person on the APTA CSM 2026 exhibition show floor at Sponsor’s booth and claim the prize on the same calendar day the winner is notified.

Failure to claim the prize in person by the close of exhibition hall hours on the day of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any forfeited prize may be awarded to an alternate eligible Entrant selected from the same Daily Raffle.

Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notification, inability to return to the show floor, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or any other circumstance that prevents timely prize claim.

6. PRIVACY & PUBLICITY RELEASE: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.raintreeinc.com/privacypolicy. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the prize recipient’s name, organization name, city/state of residence, likeness, and/or statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, consent, or compensation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, APTA, APTA CSM, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the Promotion, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
